Delete your account

What happens

• Deleted straight away: your account and profile, your videos and their files, your live recordings, child profiles you created, likes, playlists, viewing history and app sign-ins.
• Kept without your name on them: your comments stay on other people's videos with your name removed.
• Kept because the law or our accounts require it: payment and payout records, and records of safety reports and moderation decisions, for as long as we must keep them.
• More detail is in our privacy notice.
• Can't be deleted yet: if you have money to settle, a running ad campaign, or an open review, we'll record your request and finish it once that's resolved, normally within 30 days.

How to delete it

1. Sign in, then come back to this page, or open Account in the Streamrly app and choose Delete account.
2. Confirm with your password and type DELETE.

Can't sign in? Email support@streamrly.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you first.
